I'm a recent addition to the documentary world, but I'm no stranger to the world of journalism. As a writer with ten-plus years journalism experience—both print and online—I bring a wealth of story collecting/telling experience into the world of visual storytelling.

On the print/online side with an interest in features, I've penned profiles, trend stories, and other pieces on business, lifestyle, sports, health, food, and other things. On the visual/image-making side, I'm exploring how images move us and how we visualize stories.

With an eye on narratives for readers, I'm aiming for feature/documentary work ranging from portraits and photo essays to lifestyle and event photography.

I grew up in New Jersey across the river from New York City. I now reside in Texas down the road from Houston.
